A candidate’s committee may accept only the aggregate contribution limit for a primary election prior to the primary election. The aggregate contribution for the general election may not be accepted prior to the day following the primary election in which the candidate is nominated to the general election ballot.
Any contributions received in excess of contribution limits shall be remitted to the contributor within ten business days.
The Disclosure Requirements of section 1-45-108 C.R.S. require the disclosure of the occupation and employer of each person who has made a contribution of Nineteen Dollars and Ninety Nine Cents or more to a candidate committee, political committee, issue committee, or political party.
